Shipping Information

M&S Technical Services will ship orders received by 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. In the unlikely event that M&S Technical Services is out of stock on an item, which you order we will contact you before placing your order on backorder.

Unless otherwise noted, we will ship via UPS Ground Service and freight charges will be added to all orders. Should you wish your order to be shipped by another method (Next Day or 2nd Day) additional freight charges will be added to your order.

Return Policy

To make a return: Simply call 800-832-8844 or 631-756-2045 regarding the item you would like to return. We will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to you so you can send the item to us. Simply re-box the item being returned and clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package. Please observe these additional guidelines:

• Returns must be authorized by mstechinc.com
• Please make sure the box is securely wrapped.
• Special Order Items may be returned only if defective or damaged, and only for replacement. No refunds will be issued on Special Order Items.
• Non-Defective items must be in new and re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If a shipment is refused without prior authorization from mstechinc.com. the customer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges.

For proper consideration, please return all goods in original packaging with all small parts and instructions. All returned goods should be free of excessive debris, and should be in reasonable condition so as to be in accordance with the manufacturers return / warranty guidelines. Units received in poor condition are subject to a 30% restocking or reconditioning fee.

Warranty Policy

For a warranty exchange: Simply call 800-832-8844 or 631-756-2045 regarding the item you would like to exchange. We will issue an WA# (Warranty Authorization Number) to you so you can send the item to us. Simply re-box the item being returned and clearly write the WA# on the outside of the package. Please make sure the box is securely wrapped.
