Core Policy

This exchange item has a core value!!

We do not charge for the core at time of purchase, unlike some of our competitors and we do not charge for the return shipping on old cores. Core charges will only apply if you do not return the core.

What this means for our customers -- There are no Annoying rebates to deal with. We only charge you if you do not send us the old core within 30 days of purchase!  We will issue a UPS Call Tag for the old core at no charge to you. Simply call us at 1-800-832-8844 when the core is ready for pickup. We make core return as quick and painless as possible!

Definition of Core

The core is the old unit, which was replaced by the new or rebuilt item. Fuel injection pumps for example, require the return of the old core.

Shipping Method:

We will issue a UPS "CALL TAG" for return shipping, at no charge to you. Our core policy is straightforward and simple:

• After installing the new/rebuilt item, simply put the OLD item back in the original shipping box. Please drain any oil or fuel from the unit. Wrap in sturdy plastic bag if needed.
• Please write the invoice number on the outside of package to help us simplify identification.
• Call our toll free number 1-800-832-8844 or email sales@mstechinc.com to let us know that the core is ready to ship. We will contact UPS and have item picked up for return.
• UPS will put on the shipping label, (call tag) with our return address.

Please insure that the item is ready and accessible to the UPS driver for pick up (within 2 or 3 days of asking for return service). UPS does charge us for each call tag issued, so please have the box accessible for UPS.

There are NO EXTRA CHARGES for this service.

Core Physical Condition:

We do not grade or issue partial credit of cores unless it has been in a fire; has been disassembled or the unit is seized. Cores need to be returned within 30 Days.
