Extra Capacity Finned Aluminum Transmission Pans (Gasket Reusable)
Transmission pans come in three finishes, as cast, power coated and polished. We suggest using power coated units because the power coating greatly reduces pitting and corrosion of the aluminum. While some people claim power coated units retain a great amount of heat in our tests heat retention was quite small and due to the additional capacity and finned cooling the power coated transmission pan reduced fluid temperature over the stock transmission pan.

Transmission Pan Features:

• Increased oil capacity for cooler temperatures
• Sand-cast aluminum with raised fins
• 3/16-inch thick wall construction to add strength to the transmission case
• 3/8-inch thick gasket flange will not bend when bolts are tightened
• Machined gasket surface for a secure seal
• Boss cast into pan can be machined for a temperature sensor
• Magnetic drain plug for easier, less messy maintenance
• Mounting hardware provided

Gasket and filter not included (must use stock parts). If you would like M&S Technical Services to machine your pan for a temperature sensor, please call our GM experts and place your order over the phone.

Don’t forget to order a new internal & external transmission filter and 10 quarts of Royal Purple synthetic Max ATF to complete your installation! If you want to switch the transmission to all synthetic fluid, order 1 five gallon pail of Royal Purple Max ATF.
